Election Committee Subsector
To register as an individual voter, you can:
- submit the application through "iAM Smart" mobile App or submit the application online (If you have an "iAM Smart+" account with digital signing function or a valid personal digital certificate)

To register as a corporate voter, you can:
- submit the application through "iAM Smart" mobile App or submit the application online (If the responsible person of your body, the authorized representative and the director of the Board of Directors / member of the General Committee / Council Committee / Executive Committee / Executive and Supervisory Committee / Committee (if applicable) have an "iAM Smart+" account with digital signing function or a valid personal digital certificate)

You can also (regardless of registering as an individual or a corporate voter):
- obtain a form from the Registration and Electoral Office at 8/F, Treasury Building, 3 Tonkin Street West, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon or 29/F, Standard Chartered Tower, Millennium City 1, 388 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon
- download a form from the voter registration webpage of the Registration and Electoral Office (website: vr.gov.hk)
You may submit the completed application form to the Registration and Electoral Office by post (address: 8/F, Treasury Building, 3 Tonkin Street West, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon), fax (fax number: 2891 1670), email (email address: form@reo.gov.hk) or by uploading it at the Registration and Electoral Office e-Form Upload Platform (website: www.reo-form.gov.hk) - if submitting via this channel, please take note of the application number generated by the system so that the application status may be checked afterwards when needed.
