Functional Constituencies Electors

(Individual) New Registration as an Elector in a functional constituency / Change of registration particulars of functional constituency for a Registered Elector
If you wish to apply for new registration as an Individual Elector in any functional constituency or change the registration particulars for a functional constituency, you may complete the “Functional Constituency Elector (Individual) Application for New Registration/ Report on Change of Particulars” (REO-FC(I))

(Body) New Registration as an Elector in a functional constituency / Change of registration particulars of functional constituency for a Registered Elector
If your body wishes to apply for new registration as a Corporate Elector in any functional constituency or change the registration particulars for a functional constituency, you may complete the “Functional Constituency Elector (Body) Application for New Registration/ Report on Change of Particulars” (REO-FC(B))

(Body) Replacement of Authorized Representatives by a registered Corporate Elector in a Functional Constituency
If a registered corporate elector in a functional constituency wishes to replace its authorized representative, you may complete the “Functional Constituency Elector (Body) Notice of Replacement/ Substitution of Authorized Representative)” (REO-FCR)

Election Committee Subsector Voters

(Individual) New Registration as a Voter in an Election Committee subsector / Change of registration particulars of Election Committee subsector for a Registered Voter
If you wish to apply for new registration as an Individual Voter in any Election Committee subsector or change the registration particulars for an Election Committee subsector, you may complete the “Election Committee Subsector Voter (Individual) Application for New Registration/ Report on Change of Particulars” (REO-SS(I))

(Body) New Registration as a Voter in an Election Committee subsector / Change of registration particulars for a Registered Voter
If your body wishes to apply for new registration as a Corporate Voter in any Election Committee subsector or change the registration particulars for an Election Committee subsector, you may complete the “Election Committee Subsector Voter (Body) Application for New Registration/ Report on Change of Particulars” (REO-SS(B))

(Body) Replacement of Authorized Representatives by a registered Corporate Elector in an Election Committee subsector
If a registered corporate voter in an Election Committee subsector wishes to replace its authorized representative, you may complete the “Election Committee Subsector Voter (Body) Notice of Replacement/Substitution of Authorized Representative)” (REO-SSR)

Election Committee Ex-officio Members

(Specified Person) New Registration as an Ex-Officio Member of the Election Committee
If you are a specified person of the Election Committee (a person holding a specified office of the subsector) and wish to be registered as an ex-officio member of the Election Committee, you may complete the “Application by Specified Person for Registration as Ex-officio Members of Election Committee” (REO-EC(X2))

(Designated Person / Council Chairman or Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Relevant University) New Registration as an Ex-Officio Member of the Election Committee
If you hold more than one specified office and have submitted registration for another specified office, and wish to designate a person to be registered as an ex-officio member of the Election Committee, or you are the Council Chairman / the Chairman of the Board of Governors and the Vice-Chancellor / President of your university is not eligible to be registered as an ex-officio member of the Election Committee, you may complete the “Application by Designated Person/Council Chairman or Chairman of the Board of Governors of the relevant University for New Registration as Ex-Officio Members of Election Committee” (REO-EC(X3))
